DAY 1 • Saturday (or Wednesday) • SPLIT (D)
Transfer from Split airport to the Split harbour where the vessel will be docked. Check in from 14.00 h onwards. After settling, enjoy the guided tour of the old part of the city (not possible for late arrivals). Split is a historic town under UNESCO protection and it is a part of the world heritage. Of special interest is the magnificent Diocletian palace, once inhabited by the Roman emperor. After the tour of Split, return to the ship for a welcome reception and cocktail to enjoy the meet and greet party on board. Overnight in Split.
DAY 2 • SPLIT – KORČULA (B,L)
Morning start of our Deluxe Croatia Cruise for the island of Korcula, the birthplace of Marco Polo. While crusing, we enjoy lunch on board, and arrive in Korcula in the afternoon. Guided tour through narrow streets of one of the best preserved medieval cities of the Mediterranian. Visit the house where Marco Polo was born. Here you will find more legends, tales and monuments than anywhere else. There is a big choice of restaurants to enjoy your gourmet experience and there are numerous bars and clubs for those looking for evening entertainment. Overnight in Korčula.
DAY 3 • KORČULA – MLJET/DUBROVNIK (B,L,D)
In the morning we head further south, to the island of Mljet, known for its immense beauty, covered by thick forest. Visit the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a Church dating back to the 12th Century. You will also have free time to explore the park individually, for example, by renting bikes and cycling on the numerous paths around the lakes. Return to the ship for lunch. Departure towards Dubrovnik. Late afternoon arrival in Dubrovnik. Cruise along side the old city walls while a buffet dinner is served on deck. Enjoy the spectacular views of this magnificent old town. Overnight in Dubrovnik.
DAY 4 • DUBROVNIK (B)
Transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour of this magical town. Your local guide will lead you to Dubrovnik’s most significant historical landmarks – the bustling Stradun street, Cathedral, Franciscan Monastery, Rector`s Palace , D’Onofrio’s Fountain, Orlando’s Column and many other attractions of this precious and beautiful UNESCO site (you won’t enter any museum or church). For those with more enthusiasm we recommend a walk on top of the 1940 m long city walls! Free time.
Overnight in Dubrovnik.
DAY 5 • DUBROVNIK – PELJEŠAC PENINSULA (B,L,D)
Morning departure from this magnificent town and continue our Deluxe Croatia Cruise towards the little seaside village of Kučišće (or similar) on the Pelješac peninsula, well known for its excellent wine. Before lunch a short stop at one of the Elaphiti Islands and afternoon arrival to Kučišće. Transfer from the shore to inland rural area, to the village Kuna. Here we visit a local farm and have a typical village party with Croatian delicacies, an all-inclusive dinner with local dishes made from their own production. Late transfer back to the ship. Overnight in Kučišće.
DAY 6 • PELJEŠAC PENINSULA – HVAR (B,L)
Morning departure towards Hvar, the most popular Croatian island. Lunch on board followed by a swim stop at the Pakleni Islands. Afternoon arrival followed by a short presentation of lavender products and a tour of the town’s historical landmarks. In the evening you can enjoy the vibe of bustling promenade, well-appointed cafes, wine stores, shops and restaurants. Overnight in the port.
DAY 7 • HVAR – BOL/MILNA (B,L,D)
Morning departure to the seaside resort of Bol on Brac Island, claimed to have the most beautiful and the most photographed beach in Croatia, called Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape). Immerse yourself in a bath of sun and sea water or explore the town of Bol. After lunch some time at leisure until afternoon. Then we have a wine tasting in one of the oldest Dalmatia wine cooperative (dating 1903) followed by the Captain’s farewell dinner with entertainment on board. Overnight in Bol or nearby Milna.
DAY 8 • SATURDAY (OR WEDNESDAY) • BOL – SPLIT
Early morning departure for Split and on arrival it is time to say goodbye to the crew and all your new friends! Check out by 9.00 am and a transfer to Split airport.
