You can effortlessly book online if you've found a tour that fits your preferences. Upon receiving your booking request, we'll verify availability and send you a confirmation email with payment details. Typically, it takes less than a day to obtain our confirmation. Your booking is only finalized once we receive your deposit payment. This deposit must be made within 3 days of receiving your booking confirmation and payment details. After we've received your deposit, we'll send you a confirmation of receipt along with an invoice and information regarding the outstanding balance. Full payment must be made at least 60 days before the start of the tour. You will receive a final invoice and a voucher with boarding instructions and optional services upon receipt of the total amount.

Unless stated otherwise, we require a non-refundable deposit of 200 EUR per person to secure any booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour's commencement date. Reservations made within 60 days of the departure date require full payment and are subject to our cancellation policy. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Please note that different payment conditions may apply to each booking. The guests will be informed about that before making a firm booking, followed by the deposit payment.

Bookings canceled 60 days before the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 200 EUR per person. Cancellations made after that for any reason, including health or family issues, will be subject to the following fees:

59 - 30 days before the tour starts – 50% of the total tour cost

29 – 0 days before the tour begins – 100% of the total tour cost

Please note that different cancellation policies may apply to each booking. The guests will be informed about that before making a firm booking, followed by the deposit payment. Please check your travel insurance as it might cover your cancellation reasons. We strongly recommend adequate travel insurance at the time of booking.

We provide optional ground transportation services to and from airports. Should you wish to use this service, kindly provide us with your flight details. Additionally, transfers can be organized for those booking extra nights before or after their tour.

All travelers must be at least 18 to book a tour independently. However, there's no upper age limit on most of our tours. Children aged 12 and above can join our standard tours if accompanied by a parent.

You can expect to receive your travel documents, including air tickets, itineraries, and other crucial information, about two to three weeks before departure, given full payment has been made.

Single travelers might be subject to a single supplement on most trips. However, no additional fee will be charged if other passengers are open to room sharing.

A double room accommodates two people, but not necessarily in two separate beds. A twin-bedded room, on the other hand, includes two distinct beds of any size. We usually reserve the latter for our guests.

Private guided tours are very flexible. There's no need to stick to set dates; you don't have to spend a certain amount and won't join other people's groups. You can go where and when you like. Tell us how many people are going, when you'd like to go, and what you want to do on your trip. Our travel experts will make a plan that suits you. The cost of a private guided tour can vary. It depends on how long you're going when you're going, how many people are going, where you're going, what you want to do, and where you want to stay. But don't worry; our travel experts will work with you to create your dream trip that fits your budget.

Make sure your bag is about the size 29" × 20" × 10" (73cm x 50cm x 25cm) and doesn't weigh over 25 kilos (44 lbs.). Also, you can carry a small handbag.

We strongly recommend acquiring suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and specific activities you plan to participate in. That may provide a refund for costs if sickness or injury prevents you from joining the tour.

We advise checking with your mobile service provider about roaming charges to avoid unexpected expenses during your trip.
